Within two months after filing the trade mark application, Trade Mark Registry will issue an Examination Report to analyze whether the trademark can be registered. After all the criteria raised by Trade Mark Registry have been met, the trademark application will be published on Government Journal for three months. When there is no one opposes the trade mark application within the three month period, the trade mark application is then completed.
The initial trade mark registration is effective for 10 years. It can be renewed for 10 years each time.

This certificate, placed on the document, is dated, numbered and registered. The verification of its registration can be carried out without difficulty by means of a simple request for information addressed to the authority which delivered the certificate.
